Questions
Can the agents work in Arabic?
Yes, as a customisation. Customer-facing agents can be set up to converse in Arabic and English, and we configure and test the language setup with you during Build & Test before going live.
Where is my data stored?
Data is hosted in the UK and EU where possible and is not used to train AI models. Cross-border transfers of UAE residents' data use the safeguards described on our compliance page.
Do you price in AED?
Prices are in pounds sterling (£149 per agent per month, £499 for the full team). VAT is added where it applies and your bank handles currency conversion.
Do you sell into Saudi Arabia?
Not actively yet. Saudi Arabia's PDPL requires a local representative for foreign entities, which we have not appointed, so we are focusing on the UAE first. Details are on our compliance page.
