Can Leo answer phone calls?
Voice is available as a customisation. By default Leo handles written messages on WhatsApp, email and live chat; phone handling is scoped and tested with you during Build & Test. A WhatsApp click-to-chat link on your van, website and voicemail greeting also turns missed calls into messages.
Will customers know it is an AI?
