Pricing questions
How does the trial credit work?
The £99 trial fee is paid up front and covers set-up and a 14-day trial of one agent of your choice. If you subscribe to any paid plan within 7 days of the trial ending, we deduct the £99 from your first monthly invoice. For example, one agent at £149 means you pay £50 for your first month. The credit is a one-off reduction, not a cash balance: it can't be refunded or used against add-ons, extra usage, tailored builds or the care plan, and it applies once per business. If you don't continue, the trial fee isn't refunded.
Is there a limit on how much my agents can do?
There are no credits to run out of. Each plan includes a monthly allowance: 400 conversations or tasks for one agent, 250 more for each extra agent, and 2,000 shared across the full team. If you go over, your agents keep working and extra usage is £15 per 100 conversations. We'll tell you before it happens.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There's no setup fee on ready-made agents. Tailored builds and tool connections are quoted separately.
Can I switch which agents I have?
Yes, any time. Swap an agent out with a few days' notice for retraining on the new role.
What happens if I cancel?
Plans run month to month. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. We don't offer refunds on payments already made.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are in pounds sterling for all regions we serve (UK, EU, Middle East). VAT is added where it applies, and your bank handles any currency conversion.
